In short

Asterism is free to download and to start. One optional purchase through Google Play, “the full sky”, opens the rest of the game for good. There are no ads, no subscription and no account.

What is free

Without a purchase you can play the first two worlds with their bonus puzzles, the first puzzle of each of the following worlds, tonight’s puzzle and the six nights before it, and a part of Deep Sky.

The full sky

What it opens. The full sky is a one-time purchase. It opens every world and the Zodiac (each world opens as you reach it in the game), every past night and all of Deep Sky. It is not a subscription and is never charged again.

Price and payment. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy. Payment, receipts and taxes are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service.

Your device and Google account. The purchase belongs to the Google account you bought it with. On another device with the same account, “Restore purchase” in the game opens it again. The game remembers the purchase on your device, so it opens offline as well.

Refunds and withdrawal. Refund requests go through Google Play under its refund policies. If Google Play refunds a purchase, the full sky closes again on your devices; your progress is kept. How the purchase works, your right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are on the page Purchase and refunds.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.

Using the game

You may play Asterism for your own, private use. The puzzles, pictures, texts and sounds of the game are protected by copyright; please don’t copy or redistribute them apart from what the game itself offers, such as sharing an image of a solved puzzle.

The game plays offline and keeps your progress on your device; what it stores and why is described in the privacy policy.

Updates

Updates through Google Play fix problems and may add or change puzzles and features. What the full sky opens will not be taken away by an update.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date before the update it belongs to.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
