Purchase and refunds

How buying “the full sky” in the game Asterism works, your right of withdrawal, and whom to contact.

The purchase goes through Google Play

“The full sky” is a one-time purchase in the game, handled by Google Play. Under the Google Play Terms of Service, the contracting party for the purchase is Google Commerce Limited; for purchases in Germany Google is the merchant of record. I receive no payment details, no name and no address, only the information whether your Google account owns the purchase.

Withdrawal

For digital content the statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days applies. Google Play points this out when you buy and asks for your consent that the content is supplied immediately and that the right of withdrawal thereby expires. The Google Play Terms of Service, section on purchases and withdrawal, apply.

Refunds

Refunds go through Google Play: you request them in the Play app or on the Play website under your orders, within the periods and rules given there, or I arrange them there for you. A refund granted by Google closes the full sky in the game again; your progress is kept.

Instructions on withdrawal

Regardless of who the contracting party is in a given case, the following instructions apply to you as a consumer. A withdrawal can be sent to Google Play or to me; I then arrange the refund through Google Play, because the payment is held there and Google returns it to your means of payment.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to our beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that, by giving that consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Google Play asks for this consent when you buy; the content is available immediately after the purchase.
