Description
Asterism is a calm logic puzzle on a hex grid. Each number counts the stars touching its hex, as in Minesweeper, but every puzzle is checked so that it can be solved by reasoning alone: there is never a 50/50 guess. When you place the last star, the stars you found join into a constellation, and the constellation takes its place on an engraved sky atlas.
Seven hand-made worlds each add a new rule: line clues along the board’s edge, arcs that tell whether a number’s stars touch, stars that show their own count, mirrored skies, stars in pairs and glowing nebula regions. A Zodiac of twelve signs then combines them two at a time.
There is a new puzzle every night, gentle on Mondays and hardest on Sundays, and Deep Sky holds over 2,000 generated puzzles, chosen by rule and depth. Hints don’t just reveal a hex: they ring the numbers that matter, mark the hex they decide and explain the reasoning in plain words.

How the puzzles are made
Every puzzle in Asterism, the hand-made worlds and the 2,000 generated ones alike, goes through a solver that may only use deductions a player can make from the numbers on the board. A puzzle ships only if that solver can finish it without a single guess. The hints are built from the same kind of deduction, so a hint always explains a step you could have found yourself.
What players say
“If you used to play Minesweeper, you’re going to love this.”
“The constellation payoff at the end is a nice touch, way more satisfying than just clearing a board.”
“Super unterhaltsam, Suchtgefahr!” (Great fun, dangerously addictive!)
